My stay was good for an one night or a couple night stay. Decent sized and brand-new room, it had climate control and TV. The breakfast with cheese and juice was abundant and rich for what you got. The hotel had good location just off the stations Zattere and Accademia, and around a 15 minute walk at most from St Mark's Square and sightseeing.

The location was great and beautiful, for example, a victorian pier was at a medium distance from the hotel. There was a small restaurant, a market and shops next door. Stayed in a decent size and newly furnished room in italian style. The breakfast meal was exceptionally good and abundant with bred ham.

Freshly made food, excellant service and lovely view of the garden. Abundant breakfast — a good choice of meals. Comfortable bedroom. Fairly friendly stuff, early check-in and nice bar. Great location right by in walking distance of all important sights, downtown and main attraction in a nice quiet area. Again, not far from an art museum.

The location is unbeatable as it's next to very close to vaporetto stop " Accademia ", and nearby landmarks. They serve affordable food, have variety of options to choose from.

Quiet and bright rooms come with a double bed, venetian style and a double-very good value. The property has a great location, really close to overcrowded restaurant, Accademia bridge and vaparetto stop and Guidecca canal or grand canal. Within 1 km you'll find Osteria al Squero, where you can drink something. Thank you, we would return here, liked this hotel.

By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun and met very attentive and respectful staff when the chambermaids were cleaning the rooms. This hotel was located in a central area short walk to 2 major vaporetto stops and Close to Canal Grande. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Dorsoduro district.

The location was central, adjacent to transport, shops, restourants and sights, water taxis and the train station and the different islands.
